Submissions

Abstract Submission

Paper selection will be based on independent reviews of abstracts. Abstracts should consist of a maximum of two pages (A4) of text, and, where appropriate, an additional one page (maximum) of figures and tables. Abstracts must clearly summarize the nature and rationale of the proposed work and should contain sample results, major conclusions and possibly a statement about further results that should be included in the final paper.

Full manuscript submission

Abstracts accepted for either oral or poster presentations at the symposium require the authors to submit a full manuscript, restricted to 6 pages in length. To this end, templates (including guidelines for preparing the full paper) are provided below.

Each full manuscript submission will be required to be supported by a unique registration payment. For instance, if two accepted full manuscripts (e.g. Submission IDs 1 and 2) are co-authored by A and B, either A or B should support ID 1, and the other should support ID 2. Full manuscripts without unique supporting registrations will be removed from the program.

Submission of full manuscripts will need to be done after completing the payment of supporting registration.
