Registration fees

Although registration can be made until the first day of the symposium, the contributors are required to make registrations before submission of full papers.
Additional tickets for guests for the Welcome Reception can be bought for € 40 and for the Banquet Dinner for € 200.
Please note that the registration fee includes lunch at the conference venue.

- Scientific talks for all four days of the symposium (incl. invited talks)

Terms of registration and payment
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing before May 1, 2026 and are subjected to a € 200 cancellation fee. After May 1, 2026 registration fees are not refundable
- Each final paper to the Symposium must be accompanied by a unique registration payment; partcipants are not allowed to attend and present two contributions with one registration payment.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
